Glenshellach Masterplan
The Glenshellach area of Oban is being expanded through Argyll and Bute’s Local Plan to provide much needed private and social housing as well as commercial units for sale and rent.
We are working with MacLeod Construction, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and CMA Architects to develop the area; a large part of which has already been completed.
